Marble Point Group brings nearly 20 years of valuation, economic analysis and corporate finance experience to owners, executives, investors and their counsel, from closely held companies to Fortune 500 multinationals.
Decisions about capital, value and risk, grounded in models that hold up to scrutiny.
How markets, costs and prices actually move, and what that means for your plans.
Where margin is won or lost inside the business, and how to maximize it.
Every engagement follows the same discipline, whether the question is a valuation, a damages claim or a business unit that keeps missing budget.
Rodrigo has spent nearly two decades advising multinational corporations, private companies and their legal counsel on business and intangible asset valuation, economic analysis and complex financial disputes across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Before founding Marble Point Group, he co-founded Economics Partners, LLC, later acquired by Ryan LLC, where he continued as a Principal. Earlier, he helped build an economics practice at Duff & Phelps and began his consulting career at Analysis Group.
His path into finance started in engineering. He spent over a decade at Ball Aerospace leading teams on NASA and Department of Defense space programs, then held product, pricing, IT and strategy roles in energy, software and telecommunications, including management roles at Qwest Communications. That background shapes how he works: hands-on with the data, fluent in how operations drive financial results.
Rodrigo has served as a testifying expert in more than ten matters, and has been deposed several times, on business valuation, lost profits, economic damages, sale-of-business disputes and cross-border valuation and pricing disputes. He has also provided litigation support in technology-sector patent matters.
He speaks regularly at international professional conferences and Bloomberg webinars on AI-driven intangible assets, tariffs and trade-policy volatility, cross-border financial transactions, and valuation disputes.
